The price per user seat depends on the package you choose and the number of user seats you need. Generally, as you add more seats, the cost per seat goes down. What is rFactor Relationship & Revenue Prediction?
Bottom line, rFactor will help you see the value of the contacts in your database. Our proprietary technology analyzes your data and shows you individual relationship scores, overall database score, predicted transactions, and predicted revenue. While it’s never going to be perfect, you’ll be shocked just how accurate this tool is.
What is the Contact Cross Section?
This is your “fail-safe” notification for contacts that may have slipped through the cracks. While most contacts should be on some form of workflow to remind you to call, email or visit – the Contact Cross Section displays those people that have not been Called or Visited in a specified number of days based on their contact type.
We divide the contacts into groups based on the Contact Stage and Status. Contacts in different stages will typically need to be touched at different intervals. The widget will notify you when a contact has exceeded a specified number days from your setup screen.

Our extensive workflow library is always growing as our internal team and external coaches and clients add more to it. Many Realvolve clients enjoy sharing their workflows, which gives you access to hundreds of options.
What’s the difference between the workflows included in the packages?
As you move up in the package levels, additional workflows are introduced. The higher package workflows are more advanced and specific to automate more of your business. You also receive extra guidance to personalize your workflows to your needs.

How does Realvolve help me with onboarding?
Your onboarding experience will be based on the package you choose.
In the Basic package, you are provided with a comprehensive set of training videos and you have access to our support team. It’s best to consider the Basic package as a do-it-yourself onboarding experience.
The Accelerate package includes the same set of training videos and support from Basic as well as the proven processes of some of the best coaches, agents and teams. You will also get live coaching sessions where our experts will walk you through key account setup like importing contacts, personalizing settings, connecting integrations, and how to use the basics of Realvolve. Once completed, you will be offered ongoing training on how to customize these workflows for your business.
