Our team supports Community One which is similar to Habitat for Humanity. We list their properties at no commission. We also volunteer when we can for their restoration projects.

Restoring Community Together
Community One is a Christian nonprofit Community Development Corporation (CDC) addressing housing restoration and community development needs in the Evansville, Indiana region.

Both firsthand experience and formal research illustrate clearly the need for broad community partnerships acting in organized and sustained efforts to restore neighborhoods in our region-especially in older urban areas.

Community One is a willing partner in housing and community revitalization, with a focused mission, experienced staff, and unique tools and services.

It is our goal to mobilize and connect the people and resources of our city – including churches, businesses, civic groups, foundations, nonprofits, and local government – to collaborate with neighborhood residents to identify and implement strategies and solutions that restore our community.
